Opened that way, the website and this console are treated by
the browser as two different sites, so bookings made on the website never reach this list. Open both from
your web address (https://…/admin.html) instead, or serve the folder locally.
New applications
Every booking made on the website lands here. Accepting one creates the login and lets you send it on WhatsApp and email.
Email addresses
Everybody on the books has an address on totorinteacher.com. They are what Teams invitations are sent to, what receipts are sent from, and where study material lands — so a lesson never depends on somebody's personal inbox still working.
How an address is built
A tutor is somebody a parent writes to by name. A student is not — a student address is an account number, so that anybody who sees it cannot tell which child it belongs to.

Numbers are never reused. An address keeps pointing at one person years after they leave.
The office
Requests, bookings and calls come here first. This is the address and the number printed on the website.
Her sign-in
Give her a username. She chooses her own password the first time she signs in — you never see it, and you cannot read it back. If she forgets it, clear it here and she picks a new one.

The week
Sunday to Saturday, midnight to 11pm, one hour a cell. Click an empty cell to put a lesson in it; click a dot to take it out again. Every subject has its own colour, so a week reads at a glance. This is the same grid your tutors and students see — only you can change it.

Setup
Your login, your WhatsApp number, backups, and the honest notes.
Admin login
Your username and your password, both changeable here. Leave the password boxes empty to change only the username. This writes to the database, not just to this browser, so the change holds everywhere.
Changing either signs every other device out of this console. This one stays open.

Where “Send new ones to my WhatsApp” delivers your alerts. Country code, no plus — 27 for South Africa.
Signed-in devices
The console opens on three devices at most — say your laptop, your phone and the office machine. Remove one to free a slot for a new one.
Backup
The whole practice in one file. Do this weekly and before clearing browser data.

One tutor and four students came with the console so nothing was empty. Clear them once your real people are in.
